- Blackout dates may apply at both The Mayfair Townhouse and The Six.
- Free cancellation until 3:00pm, one day prior to arrival.
- Cancellations after this time, no-shows, and early departures may incur charges in line with the hotel's cancellation policy.

Where will my appointment take place?
All appointments take place at The Six, located at 6 Queen Street, Mayfair, London W1J 5PA, just a short walk from The Mayfair Townhouse.
How do I book my treatment?
After confirming your stay, with your preferred treatment. Appointments must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Can I book additional treatments?
Yes. Additional services can be booked directly with The Six and will be charged at the salon's standard rates.
Who can use the complimentary treatment?
The complimentary treatment is available exclusively to guests staying in an eligible suite as part of the Townhouse to Townhouse package.
